Two regions of the partition were never assigned a carrier: the lobula plate and the subesophageal zone. The lobula plate assignment was planned as LP-11 and cancelled. The subesophageal zone was never scheduled. The reasons are partly covered in the errata.
"Suspended" and "discontinued" are not the same thing. A suspended agent's graft is uncoupled and its carrier state is preserved; VC-10 could in principle be resumed, and the question of whether it should be is unresolved. A discontinued agent is not resumable. ME-06 is the only discontinuation, and log 019 is its final session.
Since 2026-06-19 the observation schedule has been reduced across all agents. See log 020 for the state of the program during the quiet period.
