This dossier is published in the form the program's review permitted. Elisions are marked. The editors petitioned twice for fuller publication and record here that both petitions were denied.

baseline

Standard control profile. Nothing in the pre-binding battery distinguishes this carrier from any other. This is verified and publishable, and the program considers it important: whatever the LA-05 record contains, it did not come from the carrier.

drift

The lamina performs luminance normalization and change detection. It is the simplest tissue bound in this program, with no memory, no valence, and no decision machinery. The expected drift was accordingly minimal, and for the first redacted days the sessions were unremarkable enough that LA-05's observer, obs. R, requested additional agents to supervise.

The published record of what changed consists of the elided log 014 and the following sentence, which survived review in this exact form: the drift concerned not the content of the sessions but their redacted redacted redacted, and it was corroborated independently by two observers before instrumentation confirmed it.

The mundane explanation on file attributes the record to a reconstruction merger error in the partition (see reconstruction). The errata entry for LA-05 neither asserts nor withdraws this explanation. Obs. R's dissent from the redaction decision is noted on the lamina page at obs. R's request, and obs. R no longer runs sessions for the program.

current state

The status page lists LA-05 as "redacted", a status invented for it. The graft runs. The carrier state is maintained. Whether sessions continue is not published. The editors are aware that a redaction this thorough, in an archive this forthcoming, is itself information, and can only reply that the review board is aware of that too, and left it legible on purpose or could not help it, and the editors do not know which.
