The page is retained because the log numbering is load-bearing (later logs and internal documents cite by number) and because the program's publication rules require removals to be visible rather than silent. The removal was by decision of the review board, 2026-02-01, on a vote that was not unanimous.
The errata contain the only statement the board authorized regarding the contents. It is reproduced here in full:
Log 007 documented a scheduled session that proceeded normally for its first portion. The remainder of the recording is not consistent with the session that the observer present remembers conducting. Neither the recording nor the recollection could be established as authoritative. The board elected to publish neither.
No agent's dossier cites log 007. The reader who checks the status page against the binding dates will note which agents had been bound by 2026-01-24, and the editors cannot prevent this arithmetic, but they are permitted to say that it narrows less than the reader may hope.
